I managed the social accounts for the company, Skunkworks Games, for 17 months. Although my main duties were to focus on our games social presence, I still opted to improve Skunkworks Games social presence during important moments for the company. I managed the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
Goal:
- Post updates about the company when applicable.
- Post Job Openings when applicable.
- Promote company promotional material when applicable.
Results:
- Reached an average engagement rate of 8.26% on LinkedIn.
- Collaborated with various companies to cross-promote events Skunkworks sponsored.
- Collaborated with companies and speakers to promote events Skunkworks hosted.
- Successfully hired a candidate who discovered the job opening through our social media posts.

Team Meetup's
Skunkworks Games took great care and pride in creating a safe and welcoming work culture. We hosted numerous team meetup's and off-sites. I wanted to showcase these meetups on our social media to promote the culture that we had worked hard to create.

Events
Skunkworks sponsored and hosted numerous events. For which, I would usually need to collaborate with other companies to align our branding and social strategy for the event.
Concept:
Skunkworks hosted monthly events called, SkunkTalks. For this post I wanted to showcase the insightful topic that was going to be discussed at the event and encourage sign ups.

Join us at #SkunkTalks next week. 💬🦨 Jasmin Dahncke from GRUX FI will be presenting a case study based on the innovative blind accessibility options in Naughty Dogs' The Last of Us 2.
Jasmin, along with a team of students and accessibility specialist, Brandon Cole, conducted research to find out the possibility of translating the framework used in LoU2 to enable blind gamers to traverse open world games. Jasmin will be sharing their findings at SkunkTalks on Wednesday.

Promotional Material
The company sometimes produced promotional videos to share who they are and what they are about. I would promote these video on our social channels and pin them to the top of our pages so that visitors could see them straight away. During the planning and editing process I would assist the marketing team to help ensure the promotional videos would keep aligned with our company branding and style guide.
Concept:
Skunkworks worked with videographer David O'Weger to produce a festive promotional video about working at Skunkworks Games. I wanted to share this over the festive season for our community to enjoy whilst we took a break.
